One day last Sunday when friends decided to have a small family gathering, I remembered Labneh “Yogurt”. I decided to try it out and make my guests happy.
I remember carrying a jar of this soft cheese with me to my friends. At the beginning of the evening, when the guests were just starting to gather, I decided to make a Labneh appetizer for everyone. Took some olive oil, sprinkled some herbs and seasoned with garlic powder. Buttered this marvel on some fresh toast and served it to everyone. My friends just couldn’t get enough!

We sat down in the evening on the balcony, nibbled on this great appetizer and talked until late into the night. Everyone was amazed at how one product could make such a big difference in the atmosphere and flavors of the evening.
Since then, Labneh “Yogurt” has become an indispensable guest at our gatherings and I can no longer imagine an evening without it. Not only will this cheese make your stomach happy, but it will add positivity to any event. It’s not just a product, it’s real dairy magic!
