Amidst the many trends in the beauty world, sometimes I wish dark circles and tired eyes could be a trend because I have them not because of short sleep time, but I think it’s genetically inherited. But, naturally I don’t try to get rid of it just take good care of my eye area. I recently tried an eye serum that is interesting to discuss.
Peptide Eye Serum by The Ordinary. A skincare brand loved by many for its proven efficacy. This eye serum contains a multi-peptide complex, EGCG and caffeine which helps the eye area skin to be firmer and alive and works well on puffiness, eye bags and tired eyes. This eye serum is also free from drying ethanol and fragrance.
In The Ordinary’s signature packaging, a small bottle and brown “apothecary” style applicator. The texture is watery, very comfortable on the skin and not sticky. I usually only use two drops for both my eyes. The result? Makes me happy. Since my eye area skin was dry and starting to wrinkle, about a week of using this product I started to see a good change. My eye skin is firmer, moisturized and looks healthier.
Although I haven’t noticed a big change in the color of my dark circles, I’m happy with how the texture is progressing day by day. My under-eye skin no longer looks droopy and tired. So, I feel very suitable and satisfied with this product. I will definitely buy it again.
