Blush lovers, come on in! Actually, this is a rather slow review because I know this product has been trending since 2023, but I still want to review this blush product. It’s from Makeup By Mario, Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil is a weightless cream blush with hyaluronic acid and pearlescent pigments as the main formula.
I think this blush is good overall. Starting with the shades, I tried the “Rose Crush” one with a touch of rose brown. So it’s not so pink, not cool tone, because it’s balanced with the brown color. Honestly, I bought it randomly, but this shade matches my skin tone perfectly and can be customized for many makeup looks. I love this shade!
With a creamy texture, it’s easy to blend using either fingers or beauty tools. And since I understand this is a weightless cream blush, I don’t expect all-day staying power. Need to re-apply in three hours if you want a look that stays defined. And I’m okay with that, because I like a light makeup look. The finish on my skin is more of a sheer, luminous finish.
The packaging is like any other cream blush, small and compact to carry around. This product is also paraben-free. All in all, this product is worth a try, especially for lovers of lightweight natural makeup for everyday use.
