Growing up in a small peaceful house, I never had trouble sleeping or resting well. But when I started university and moved into a dorm room, it became impossible to sleep due to the loud noises, music, and people running in the hallways.
I had to find a solution to my sleeping problem, and noise-canceling earplugs seemed the most convenient option.
I tried different brands of earplugs, but they all caused pain in my ears every night. Eventually, after several weeks of searching, I found the perfect ones: Quies Rubber Foam Ear Plugs.
These are affordable earplugs in packages of three or six pairs in various colors. Their ergonomic shape fits perfectly into the auditory canal, providing comfort without any pain. As someone with small ear canals, I found these to be the only earplugs that didn’t fall out of my ears in the middle of the night.
But that’s not the only reason I liked them: made out of composed polyurethane foam, they have the highest noise reduction rating (35 decibels) that I could find. Although you will still hear morning alarms, louder noises, and alerts, the music next door, the TV, and the people talking in the hallways will no longer be a problem.
To use them, compress the earplug between your fingers until you get a slim cone shape. Place it into your ear while pulling back your earlobe and hold the end of the plug with one finger until it fully expands.
Say goodbye to restless nights and say hello to a peaceful sleep. I guarantee that you’ll love it. But don’t just take my word for it; experience the comfort and noise reduction yourself.
