Honestly, I have always disliked the mismatched set of knives I have had in my kitchen, but I had never gotten the chance to change them. A few weeks ago, I decided to stop procrastinating, and after some consideration, ordered the Cuisinart Elite 15-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Block Set. It’s a dream come true for what I expect out of a complete set of knives.
When this set of knives was delivered to me, it was love at first, as they are absolutely stunning. The knives are sleek, sharp, and just overall very aesthetically pleasing. They make me feel like a professional chef every time I use them.
But looks aside, the performance of these knives is top-notch. They are incredibly sharp and make slicing and dicing through veggies, meats, and whatever else you throw at them a breeze. The set comes with a variety of knives, including a chef’s knife, a bread knife, a utility knife, and a paring knife – basically everything you need for all your kitchen tasks. The set also comes with a sharpening steel, though I have had no cause to use it (they are still as sharp as the first day they arrived on my doorstep).
The knives are also very comfortable to hold and use. The ergonomic handles make them easy to grip and maneuver, even for someone like me with small hands. Moreso, they are super easy to clean – just a quick wash with some warm, soapy water and they’re good as new.
I have been nothing short of impressed since purchasing the Cuisinart Elite 15-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Block Set. It has made cooking so much more enjoyable and efficient.
